A Portuguese personalised-products brand, two stores
The brand sells personalised products through two Shopify stores. We built the shipping app that runs its daily dispatch. It is in production today.

Labels one by one, tracking by hand
Every shipment started in a carrier portal. Open Nacex, type the address, download the PDF label. The same routine in the DPD portal for DPD shipments. One label at a time, for two stores.
Then the tracking numbers made the trip back: copied out of the portal and pasted into Shopify by hand, order by order. Every order passed through someone's hands twice before it left the building.
A shipping app between the stores and the carriers
It is not a storefront and it does not touch the theme. It is the tool the team opens when orders need to leave.
Multi-store order list
Orders from both Shopify stores in one list, ready to dispatch.
Labels and packing slips
PDF labels and packing slips generated per order. No carrier portal open.
Desktop connector printing
A small desktop connector sends each PDF straight to the local printers.
Nacex and DPD
Both carriers built in. The app creates the shipment with the right one.
Tracking sync
Tracking numbers flow back to Shopify on their own. Nobody pastes them.
Dispatch is one list and a print queue
Orders from both stores land in one place. Labels and packing slips print locally the moment an order is ready. Tracking goes back to Shopify without anyone touching it.
Nobody creates labels in a carrier portal anymore.
The numbers for this case are being confirmed with the client and will be published here.
